What's Your Weather Like 2014 - Part 2

Another cold day with a light breeze in the morning, but that breeze picked up in strength and made it feel even colder. There was some sunshine but the clouds arrive in the afternoon and so even the illusion of warmth from what Sun there was soon disappeared. The temperature during the day was around 43f but is has been rising and is now 49f with a pressure reading of 1017mb.

 

I'm trying to peer at the stars but it looks like there'll be no chance for the next few days with all this wind and rain that's forecast as coming

 

There's a saying in the Astronomy world that if you buy new kit then you'll get a month of bad weather But as I'm still buying bits and pieces for it I might have to suffer a month or two

 

I'd have to get a Visa for crossing the border

 

I guess I'll have to put up with the wet cloudy weather while calibrating and fitting bits to the telescope mount wondering why and what I'm doing

 

You'll have to get a bed with more rigid legs

 

Very wet and windy.

The weather's not too good either.
