Just checked on Google looks as if the nearest is in Lincoln.

Also just checked the weather here - very foggy.

-2, heavy frost again, and it looks a little misty. Perfect for taking Reggie for an early morning walk down the dale!

Last night, at 7.30, I had trouble getting my driver's door open as the freezing fog had got to the rubber! Scraped the ice off the screen, which is very wide, (pulled a muscle, in my chest, doing it ) and had to scrape it again when I was coming home at 11.30!!!

It's frozen over again but I'm not going out until lunchtime.

This evening when I go out I'll start the car, put the blowers on and go back indoors for a while. It may pollute the air bit and waste some fuel but it'll keep me out of the doctor's surgery :old: :)

              Ouch! Hope it eases off!

I spray wd40 on a rag then wipe the door rubber with the rag. It helps prevent the doors sticking when it's icy

                Thanks, Loli. :blue thumb:

I've never had the trouble before but the car has been sitting there without doing anything all through the month of rain.

The inside of the screen had been dripping with moisture for the first few days we were home. It's getting better now as I'm using the car more and getting it nice and hot inside.

Been cloudy for the past few days, though the sun has tried very hard to get through. So mild though, especially in the afternoons, was supposed to be about 7C but got to 11C today.
