      Quite overcast today with some spells of sunshine, but the temperature has topped 83f with a really high humidity:phew: It's still 74f and if you breathe you sweat!!!:dunno::snork:

        Correct Zigs:cool:Was here a couple of years ago and today have seen work that has gone on,ie a lot of steps going from the garden area up to the castle grounds that look like they have been rebuilt,although Mr K says he doesn't like the wide spacings between the steps.:snork:(He usually finds something to moan about and I reckon it is an age thing:old:)

        Pointing up is being done to the stonework after a load of plants had been removed.Also the old mill has now come back under the banner of the trust so that is another area to visit for free.We refused to pay extra after already paying subscription prices:frown:

        Have got lots of piccys but can't upload them to my tablet:gaah:

        Still dry here but now getting warm because we have closed up for the night:gaah:

                    Good morning all,well terrific wind and rain,thunder and lightening from 9pm until 10.30pm,then another one now ,it started at 3am and is still continuing now,have to get up as Penny just doesn't like the thunder:smile:

                      Our was 2.30 - 4.30 - complete with a brief power cut. Very humid this morning with heavy grey cloud. Temperature 20C already - probably been that all night. Lots of pots to upright,
