Another lovely day here, lots of sun and 12C.

 

Lovely day, sunny skies mostly and about 8c with a brisk wind. Expecting lashings of rain the next few days though.

The wind's howling a bit now! Just waiting for the rain!

After a sunny day the wind started to pick up around 6pm and now at gale force again. The rain blew in at 8.05pm, I know that because I checked the time to see how accurate our local forecast is. The rain was five minutes late!

 

its started to get very blustery and heavy bursts of rain , all coming from the East which is very odd here

 

Part sunny morning with strong wind and dry but now increased to gale force with rain and this is just the start of a 'lively' 24 hours.

 

My thoughts are with you all in Somerset tonight.

Been quite sunny much of today so managed to get out in the garden and shred some prunings. It has been very windy over the last week though, but although we've had the odd heavy burst of rain over the last month rainfall here is actually below average. Temperature hasn't been above about 7C for the past few weeks and often down to just above freezing.
Temp currently just below 4 and wind gusting 21 mph.

 

BBC have just reported 92mph winds at the isle of sicily keep safe down south x

 

Look at the Jet stream - horrendous. Spain's gonna cop it, then France, then Italy,
