I think the winds are higher here at the moment than expected, about 70mph I reckon. I'm not looking forward to tomorrow, I've got a 40 mile round trip to the dentist. I don't know which is scarier!

Not blooming likely! After three sessions for a gum infection, root canal work and crown prep, I'm back there tomorrow for the crown. The bank accounts not going to like it!

 

The howling wind kept me awake until the early hours. It's still windy now with stronger gusts and it's stopped raining. It's currently 6C. I hope all GC members are ok this morning. Hang on to your hats guys, it's looking lively!

 

The wind kept waking me up too :( then, when that stopped, a cat fight kicked off at 4:30am!

 

We seem to be getting away with it here in the North and East....just the usual wet and wndy weather.....I feel for you all.....keep safe

 

I've tried to look out of the window, but there's so much water hitting it, i can't see out
I think it must be rain out there

Think it was quite wet and windy over night, but not stormy. Dry now though and sun trying to get through the clouds.

 

High tide about 10 mins ago and it looks (as far as I can make out - could you pop in and give the lens a wipe?) very high.

BBC were filming at Chesil Cove on Breakfast this morning. Looks at bit rough viewed from the Portland Heights webcam.

 

Wind has been joined by rain now

 

I'm fed up with the howling wind....it's gone really dark too. Time to put the light back on!
