Raining with determined purpose here since 10.30am. Front gardens got lots of puddles in it again but the house is warm and dry,
        many reasons to be thankful,
        Jenny

Yesterday and today have both been dry and windless, that's got to be a record! :thud: Temperature 6C.

Back to heavy rain tomorrow evening, followed by gales overnight and into Saturday. Back to the norm!

It's been dry and with less wind today so I managed a few outside jobs today including some in the garden. I was surprised to see the border soil was quite well drained and dry, just right for planting. It's stayed dry until this evening but the rain is here now and the temperature is now 38f.:coffee:

It's rained overnight and everything looks soggy. There's lots of grey cloud so it looks like more rain for this morning. It's currently 6C.

Sunny start but I don't think it will last, the forecast is for another 60/70 mph storm coming in late this afternoon and tonight.

The relative calm between the storms. Still windy but nowhere near the 120 km/h of last night and tomorrow night according to the forecast. Part of the airport roof has blown off in Bilbao and loads of flights either cancelled or diverted. The coast in Cantabria and Galicia is on red alert once again.
