That's happened to me in the past. I hope there wasn't much in it.

So sorry for all of you going through such stormy weather. Not been too bad here, was torrential rain most of yesterday but no really strong winds. Today was sunny with a bit of a chilly breeze, quite nice for February.

Well, after a noisy windy night with lots of tappings and bangings outside which kept waking me up I got up to find no damage and a grey dry morning. I had to pick up my Sister from Nantwich and take her back to her home in Wem and the drive was fine with no rain and very little winds. However, after dropping her off safely the drive back was a little different as I drove into torrential rain and strong winds which made it an interesting drive. So the rest of the day has been with gusting winds and heavy showers although it has quietened down somewhat now. The temperature is now 38f with a forecast of frost in the morning and maybe some sunshine.:coffee:

Thank goodness the wind has calmed down at last.
Looking at the online forecast it seems tomorrow should be mostly
sunny and only light winds in our area.

It's quite calm out there and the sun is coming up. Not too much damage in the last couple of days.

          Hi Shiney
Nice to see you too. I do get to look in on GC now and again in between my carer duties!
It's a beautiful sunny day - could it mean Spring is on the way? [IMG]
