    More sun today but also patchy with clumps of dark clouds obscuring the skies for minutes at a time and then clearing to give more sunshine. However, the chief element of the day was the cold breeze which reduced the temperature dramatically although you could feel the warmth of the Sun when the breeze dropped for a minute or two. The temperature is now44f:coffee::snork:

    Showers this morning but a lovely sunny afternoon. Really quite warm when out of the breeze and a springlike 13C

      After a sunny day yesterday it's now dull and windy. It's 10C at the moment.

        Same here - I was feeling guilty that I couldn't be bothered to go out and start cutting my fallen tree up, but the weather is easing my guilt somewhat.

          This morning greeted us with another gale and the odd shower. This afternoon has been dry with a glimpse of sunshine but still with a strong wind, I'm now sitting here looking at fog on the hills. 8C.

              Possibly, but a song that is taboo in my household! :)

              Let's make a few connections here Armandii. I believe that was sung by footballer Paul Gascoigne who is a Geordie. He went on to play for Tottenham Hotspur, my family's sworn enemy as teams go.....they're all Arsenal supporters and my other half originates from North London and the Arsenal teams area.

              Personally, I can't stand football but I think I might be tempting fate if I was to run it across my vocal chords! :heehee:

              The only time I've been in a Football Stadium was to watch the Harlem Globetrotters many, many moons ago........never been to a Football match and I get bored with all the rantings of the different fans.

              Who????:dunno::scratch::heehee:
