Whats your Weather Like.? 2014..

Light cloud, with some bright spells and approx 9ºC (48ºArmandii); the bright spells are pleasantly bright, with loads of light - enough to make it look like it will soon be seed sowing time.......

I am wondering if we are going to suffer a really hard and prolonged cold snap shortly, as we haven't really had much in the way of cold so far. I even still have lettuces growing in the back garden - doubt they will be edible, but they are still there.

 

Not a bad day Mostly sunny with some clouds and very little breeze to make it colder. They reckon it will be a cold night with frost and some fog in the morning........we shall see!! The temperature now is 41f.

 

In the last eight years we've had snow every Feb except 2011 and 2008. In 2008 it waited until 6th April to snow and our earliest snow was 2nd Feb 2009!

Will we get any this year?

 

Frosty. Haven't checked the weight of it!

 

You're not that far away from me, Stephen, and yet I had a hard frost to contend with when I climbed into my car this morning

 

Wee bit of a frost here this morning - not all that hard, but enough to have me sat with the blowers on for a while before I could drive off this morning. Been a decent sort of day, maybe a wee bit chilly, but not otherwise fine - getting really chilly outside now though.
