A warm feel to the day already. The sun will be saying hallo soon - once she's clambered over the roof tops. Absolutely no wind at all and 16.5C out on the patio,

Yesterday was a scorcher! In our main garden it was 77.2F and 74.9F in the veggie garden.

This morning it started drizzling a couple of hours ago and they forecast heavy rain and have issues a yellow warning. It's 63.4F already and the forecast is that it will be hot and humid!

Very muggy - apparently it rained at some point today, but I didn't see much more than a spit. Still muggy this afternoon, and around 25ยบ - got the sprinkler running in the shady corner of the lawn.

I'm so gutted! I've been in London all day for a client meeting. Boiling hot weather, lovely sunshine, overheating in the meeting room etc etc. I finally get home, determined to do more on that hedge/border clearing, and it's cold, grey and threatening to pour it down. Who's responsible for this weather?! I want to put in a complaint! :gaah:
I might still go out and do some work. I feel like as an aspiring gardener I should be tougher than normal mortals :heehee:

The downpours never happened and I've had the sprinkler on all afternoon.

It reached 82.3F whilst I was mowing the lawns. When I came in at 5.30 p.m. it was still over 78F :hate-shocked:

Today was supposed to be the 'warm' day, it started off well, 15c and sunny at 8am but later the wind increased to nearly gale force (again) and only reached 18c.:frown:
I'm sure we will get a day of 20c this Summer, it's just when?

It started off fairly bright and then started to cloud over more and more from the West until by around 11am it had gone cooler, dull and grey with a . In the afternoon towards 5pm patches of blue skies appeared and now the skies are almost clear of clouds. The temperature right now is 57f and the pressure reading is 1037mbs:coffee::snork:

                        26C here today.
Thundering like crazy at 6am, but apart from about two dozen raindrops the size of saucers, it stayed dry.
Nice warm evening too, just wish it was going to last.
