    I had the optimistic brain wave when I saw totally clear skies this afternoon to get the telescope and set it up on the patio ready for tonight which, by the time you put in the power cables to the tripod mount, Dew Heatershield, connect the hand control and put in the right data, takes around 20 minutes...............and now the clouds have arrived from the SouthWest:doh::wallbanging::dunno:. So right now it's cloudy:gaah: with a mild breeze, a temperature of 60f and a pressure reading of 1038mbs.:coffee::snork:

            cloudy and a temp of 13.1C. If I'm going to do any gardening today it will have to be early as rain is forecast for around 10am this morning and will be on for the day. Oh well.

                        Gently stair rodding here too but a warm Southern breeze and 16C. A Sunday at home in prospect with plenty of indoor tasks to attempt and maybe complete. Well, one or two maybe.
                        So glad I'm not on a camping holiday it must be pretty dire on a day like today,

                          They have a music festival in the local park, people camping etc.

                            Cold and very windy, as usual, heavy rain has now stopped. At least the grass is starting to look slightly green again, or not so yellow!
                            It was cold up North and just as cold down here, yes, I pity anyone camping now.

                              Had over an inch of rain on Friday, dug up some spuds and it's still bone dry at the roots. There's some gentle rain today but it's feeling very cold. Down to 10C overnight in the greenhouse brrrrrr!
