Murky sums it up really well - a bit blowy too, and not particularly warm; in fact, I've just had the heating on for an hour or so to knock the chill off the place.

Yesterday started off dry and so I sent Mrs Shiney out to work in the garden :heehee: :runforhills:. The rain started around 1 p.m. and the roads were flooded by early evening (I allowed her back indoors :snork:).

After a windy night it is now calm and sunny out there. :dbgrtmb:

We've had nearly 2" of rain in the past few days, roads flooded and water butts refilled. I've switched off my watering systems :)

It's a nice morning here, blue skies and sunshine.

Well the weather front has moved away "up to the British Isles" - sorry about that folks! I did ask for it to be sent in the opposite direction...
So quite a pleasant day today, although a bit chilly when the sun goes in. A perfect day for pruning Leylandii.
