We're having some very foggy mornings, but then the sun comes out  and it's another glorious day with 21ºC.

Absolutely wonderful day, two lines of washing out, it's almost Spring like.
It's a good job that it is nice, Mrs LWW and I have spent some of the afternoon making our second batch of Piccalilli so we need the kitchen door open to help the vinegar smell dissipate.
Why a second batch? Four children visit, four jars go home with them!

Well, there's been a string of area temperature records broken for the time of year with differences of more than 11C of what should be the normal temperature.:dunno::snork:
It's been very mild today with a top temperature of 66f and it seemed even warmer with the Sun coming out. I was startled this morning when the whole Kitchen suddenly lit up with a bright golden glare....until I realised it was the Sun coming out from behind the cloud.:hate-shocked::heehee: Anyway, it was warm enough to sit out on the Patio with a large mug of Tea and a book, while the two cats sat up on the Compost Heap surveying their world.:cat-kittyandsmiley:
Right now the temperature is 56f!!! and the pressure reading is 1039mbs.:coffee::snork:

It's gloomy and grey again but nowhere near as windy as it has been. It's still a daft 14.9C for November.

Well, it didn't rain during the night for a change so the Cats were able to charge out into the garden at breakfast this morning for their usual investigation. The day has been mild, with very little breeze, lots of varying colours of grey cloud and glimpses of blue skies. The top temperature was 64f and right now it's 54f with a pressure reading of 1039mbs.:coffee::snork:

Some rain overnight and in the early hours which cleared to leave a mostly grey day with glimpses of sunshine. The strong wind is still with us though at approximately 30mph. 14C/57F

It does look that way Armandii but I've been keeping an eye on the jet stream and it doesn't look to bad on there. I think Argyll is going to get the worst.

Hope you miss Abigail @Sheal. We're due to get the edge of it here, about 60mph forecast tomorrow evening:yikes:. That should polish off any remaining leaves on the trees and maybe with luck will blow most of the lying ones into blue yonder! I have been up to my neck with leaves these last 2 weeks and have an enormous pile ready for rotting down so will be quite glad if the rest disappear.

Thanks Silu, I don't think Abigail will be as bad as the normal winter winds we get, we'll see. :) The leaves can be a nuisance but at least with the high winds it'll see them off as you say. I think we might see a lot of road sweepers out and about here as the leaves make the roads so greasy.

November is rarely a good month for electricity production. We only produced 2.41 kWh yesterday - but the mild weather is helping keep the heating costs down.

Dull and getting duller, was only getting 0.1 amps out of all 4 panels yesterday, at least the wind generator was putting some charge into the batteries.
