      Sunny and windless, in fact it was such a mild day I went shopping minus my coat even though the temperature has dropped again to 6C/43F.

        Yesterday it remained below freezing all day and felt a lot colder. Should have put my thermals on when I went out :doh:

        This morning the road is very icy and cars are creeping past instead of their headlong dash to the station (they haven't got around to gritting it). The field across the road looks as though it's covered in snow although its only frost or ice.

        A weather warning has been issued for this morning for icy roads (should have been issued last night :wallbanging:).

                    A cold temperature of 31f greeted me this morning when I opened the Kitchen door for my amble around the garden and for the Cats to do their morning patrol. Having said that, it was dry and there was no breeze although my Weather Station recorded a temperature of 26f during the night. It then rose to 41f during the afternoon, but has now dropped to 38f and a pressure reading of 989hpa:coffee::snorky:

                        It warmed up last night and we had a little rain. By 7 a.m. this morning it was 47F
