Some heavy cloud around and rain threatened at times but the sun managed to shine. It made for a pleasant walk along the River Ness. 8C/46F

Opening the Kitchen door this morning at 7.30am for my, and the Cats, morning patrol of the garden we were greeted with blue skies, some cloud, no breeze, and a temperature of 48f and as I touched the outside of the door I could feel it was really warm from the Sun. By 11am the temperature was topping 53f and although it was getting cloudier the Sun was still shining and it stayed like that for most of the day. The temperature right now is 41f and the pressure reading is 1003hpa:coffee::snorky:

The weekend wasn't as grim as expected. It was considerably cooler and snow was forecast but in the end we only had a few spells of rain. Quite windy at times though. This week we've got a typical forecast for the beginning of March - minimum temps of around 5ºC with maximums fluctuating between 16 and 22ºC. It's tempting to think that winter could be over but....there's always that risk...

Not good weather yesterday, looked after my Grandson for the day, went for a walk in between showers with our wellies on looking for puddles! "slightly" better today although still showery, not much better over the next few days...on the BBC weather app!! Linz we will have to see if we can find a better weather app!! Bring on the sunshine!! :)

Another partly cloudy sky with some sunshine but the temperature was lower at 49f and, again, no breeze. The temperature at the moment is 45f with a pressure reading of 100hpa. The long term forecast for next week, according to the Met Office, is for the likelihood of a High Pressure over the UK bringing some settled dry weather for a time. Having said that they admitted some uncertainty with 3 differing computer model weather forecasts:dunno::scratch::doh::heehee:

What a difference to yesterday. The sun has vanished and the clouds grey and heavy, hardly surprising I suppose with more rain on it's way tomorrow. Up another degree at 9C/48F. Overnight temperatures are starting to pick up a little and staying on the plus side around 4C/39F at the moment.

We had showers today which needn't have bothered with the breaks in-between because they were so close together. A bit of a chilly breeze blowing too. 6C/43F

Light drizzle yesterday morning and overcast afternoon.

Today has been just like a summer's day (no, not rain :snork:). Very sunny all day and hovering around 60F which felt much warmer in the sun. The temperature in the lounge went up to 86F with the sun shining in all day. :phew:
