An unexpected shower came whilst out when my gardening boots were left outside the back door.

TIP: Placing wet boots on a heat mat in the greenhouse helps speed up drying out. "Thank goodness for autovents" exclaimed Mrs Scrungee.

Thunderstorms now forecast for every single hour of the next 25 hours.

Covered where I rotorvated this morning and where I'm next going to rotorvate with polythene sheeting. Forgot to do that last year and my fine freshly rotorvated tilth turned into a pudding like consistency with the first torrential downpour.
