WHAT'S YOUR WEATHER LIKE 2018

At last the temperature is up and a good snow thaw is under way. I'd forgotten how green and pleasant the land is. The light rain last night continued through until late morning when the sun came out to play, accompanied by a brisk wind. The air here had been still for weeks. 5C/41F.

 

It was verging on the balmy today. Hose defrosted for the 1st time in a week so was able to fill up the horse's trough...good. Most of our snow has gone...good again but looks like we are in for a few wet days...not so good. for you @Sheal that it continues to be mild while the plumbers do their stuff for you.

 

The warmth returns and the rain comes with it @silu. This is already a long winter and we're only just over halfway through. Let's hope we have a decent summer. We're being promised 11C/52F later in the week but by then the plumbers should be finished.

 

Hello @Kandy Oh I am pleased for you being able to slightly move at least your putting your feet in to activity even if it's short paces and distances and Mr Kandy bless him is just protecting you mate

I do hope your camera's work ok but this weathers all over the show...birds besides plants are getting wrong signal months with it and I bet you felt you'd achieved a bit of a goal being out doors doing something...You was out side made

Had some light rain but it should get better. Yesterday had sun in the afternoon, but a little chilly. But a lot better.

It's been a wet and windy day here again so far and the temp 50F

 

Way way better, really very mild, no wind and sunshine. Went out with the normal multi layers of clothes on and ended up with little heaps of discarded garments all over the place. Do I think winter is over? NO but at least today was pleasant to be out and about unlike the majority of this January.

 

We had some sunshine today....... Honest !!!!!! No really !!!!

It looked wonderful ! The amber light to the spring.....
