        With cloud cover late last night I was surprised to see frost and mist this morning. Patchy mist continued throughout today and it stayed cold at 5C/41F.

          A top temperature today of 53f with mostly cloudy skies during the main part of the day and a gentle breeze. The skies started to clear at around 4pm and there are some clouds drifting along so it is questionable as to whether or not I will get some quality time in the Observatory:wallbanging::doh:. At the moment the temperature is 45f and the pressure reading is 983hpa.:coffee::snorky:

                            A day of short, sharp, heavy showers from large dark grey clouds trundling across the skies, accompanied by a strong breeze that drove the rain, and a maximum temperature of 52f. The skies are clearing again, just like yesterday, but I have no faith that they will clear completely but, like last night , will cloud up again and I'll abandon plans for time in the Observatory. The Orion Nebula can be seen to the South East at around 11pm, when the skies are clear), but my last image of it was taken on the 17th October because of the constant cloud cover........:wallbanging::doh:
