        Some cloud, some blue skies, with very little breeze and a maximum temperature of 40f. The skies have cleared and the temperature has dropped to 28f with a pressure reading of 1004hpa.
        I've got the Observatory powered up and working as the skies are clear, but things aren't that simple as the Moon is shining but lighting up a haze in front of it. That means I can't get totally clear, sharp images as the moisture in the air is softening the image.!!:wallbanging::dunno::coffee::snorky:

                  Frosty start here the suns trying to get out, i didn't turn the pond pump off while 1am pond was frozen this morning, ive just been and cleared the ice and a blackbirds having a bath as i am typing :).

                      Well, for me, the East wind has been bringing very high veils of cloud covering the whole skies all day. The temperature rose, for a very brief period, to 40f but has now dropped back to 34f. I'd powered up the Observatory, while the skies were relatively clear in the hope of doing imaging of the moon and improving the tracking of the Telescope Mount but now large, heavy cloud has moved in from the East:wallbanging:, so my chances of doing anything have dimmed somewhat:gaah::snorky: The pressure reading is 100hpa.:dunno::ouch1:

                                Yep, its cold, I was just reading Kent Online, they are saying to expect 5 to 10 cm of snow on Tuesday. Expect power cuts a travel disruption.
                                Tuesday is four days away, so maybe they better get ready and sort things out so there are no powercuts etc.
                                What is the point of predicting the weather if "they" dont act on it?
