        Dry out side but very windy but it's early yet...we're supposed to have snow which as been forecast and the temp is 41F and the highest to day will reach 51F :)

              Snow started at 5.50 a.m. Light but steady. Settling on grass, trees, roofs and cars but not on the patio. Has eased up at the moment but the temperature has just dropped below zero. We've been invited to lunch up in London so shall still go (unless it gets bad out there). Heavier snow forecast for the afternoon.

                    A wild night with the East Wind howling and gusting outside the House:hate-shocked: This morning and afternoon has been a mixture of sunshine and snow showers driven by the bitingly cold wind which has been the main feature of the day. No snow has settled, so far, but there is another 36 hours before, hopefully, the cold weather disappears. Right now the temperature is 28f and the pressure reading is 994hpa.

                              High temp of -1.5 / -2 this afternoon, and quite windy.
                              Blizzards interspersed with bright sunshine, quite odd really.
