Well, I thought 25c sounded a little hopeful....

It’s risen to 27c, but at least I’ve managed to get the grass cut before it got too uncomfortable out there.

 

Nice day, 27C and mostly sunny.

 

It's now gone down to 92f with hight humidity but the great thing is that we're expecting some thunderstorms tonight and lots of rain. Just checked the rainbarrels and they're all ready to receive the free water I'm hoping the weather guessers are right and the storm will have passed by 9 or so tomorrow morning because I'm going water skiing at 10

 

The promised thunderstorm didn't materialise this afternoon. So, with the sun and fluffy clouds back I decided to carry on digging over a piece of ground ready for grass seeding. Hot work at 26C/79F. It's going to be a warm night too with the temperature currently at 20C/68F

 

We had a pleasant if warm night (it was 20c at midnight, but dropped to 16c steadily through the night). The temperature is already up to 18c with clear blue skies.

It’s supposed to rise to 26c, but I won’t be surprised if we reach 27-28c by 5pm. So I will be getting all my gardening done this morning!!

A delightful morning and a pleasant suprise as I'd imagined it would be o'cast with rain about. It's 19c already and a trip to Tibbs PYO for strawberries is the plan...&

 

Wet overnight ....no T & L.....persistent, sometimes heavy but ideal for the garden
We are missing torrential rainfall occurring over the Scilly Isles and a reasonable day in prospect I think

16c Raining which some showers are heavy

 

Cloudy with a few spots of rain and a gentle breeze, not cold.

 

Strawberries all finished but picked raspberries instead

 

Heavy showers interspersed with sunny spells but very strong winds, max 20c.
