At 8.30 had a heavy rain shower now just very breezy with sunny intervals.

Hot and sunny here up until now,the skies are darkening,winds getting up and there's a faint rumble of thunder in the distance...So maybe we're finally going to get this 'ere thunder storm they predicted...

 

Had sunny intervals with a warm breeze and heavy showers, now a clear sky.

 

Well that turned out to be nowt nor sommat...

 

Wind increased during the morning and made 20c feel like 12c, almost gale force by the afternoon.

 

Humid, with a mixture of sunshine and cloud this morning but turning grey this afternoon. Again, I'd just finished working in the garden before a short, heavy downpour. 18C/64F.

It looks to be a lot cooler next week, surely Autumn's not setting in already?

It must be Autumn Sheal because I've already received Thompson & Morgan's Autumn catalogue although Christmas might be here in a couple of weeks because Bron's been sent details of Christmas crafting items; as to me I'm just looking forward to Easter eggs.

I think August is a transition into autumn. It's already cooler in the mornings.
