        I'm not sure that I would trust the accuracy of an App on the phone for quoting the temperature in your own immediate area:dunno:
        Here, at the moment it is 82f, the skies are clear of cloud, except from some high, thin, cloud coming in from the West, while the pressure has dropped again to 997hpa.:coffee::)

          Never use an App, it will be based somewhere else and give a prediction, is my guess, could be wrong.
          For instance, my weather station says it will be raining within the next 12 hours, but then it always does when we get warm weather, not sure where it gets the info from?

            A warm and sunny day again with hardly any wind so the temperature near Blandford a pleasant 25c. Finished our walk by 1pm and straight into the pub for lunch!:smile:

              I use an app all the time. I called accuweather people (went for a tour there too) and tney gave me the location of the nearest weather station they have set up and it turns out there's one about 1.5 kilometers from me. I like the "minutecast" as it shows storms coming in and you can update it every few minutes. The animated radar screen is fascinating.

              It is sunny and 75f here right now. I missed most of this beautiful day as I had housework to get caught up on and electric rates are cheapest on the weekends so out came the hose to the central vaccum system :)
