        Clear blue skies, little if no breeze, a temperature of 79f, and the pressure reading has dropped slightly again to 998hpa.:coffee:

                Finally broke into the 80f's with the present reading of 81f, still no breeze but plenty of blue skies, and the pressure reading is still:coffee: 998hpa.

                    Thanks for your good wishes wiseowl. Doesn't it make a difference though to be wet with sweat rather then wet by Blackie? You'll be pleased to have the job done but no doubt you'll now be on to the next job. :)

                    It's hotter indoors at the moment than it is outdoors; tomorrow morning first thing before it really warms up more stumps to dig up; I can't wait and I bet I'll dream of the job tonight in excitement.

                      It doesn't make me happy :sad:. Just too hot to do things. 7.45 pm and I've just come in from picking beans and am glowing (actually dripping in sweat :whistle:) and the temperature is down to 88F/31C.

                        In comparison to nearly everywhere else, Portland today was at first foggy but when the sun came out the temperature shot up to........ 22c!:biggrin:
                        Later back home it was 26c.
                        The Bill was busy but great in the sun.
