    Yes it's damp here too from yesterday evening, had battle my way through the potted blueberries to get to the compost bins and got wet this morning.

      They were lying on the Kitchen windowsill watching the fireworks with great interest but didn't seem fazed by the loud bangs and bright flashes.:dunno::cat-kittyandsmiley::heehee::coffee:

        It's dry here now with only .3mm of rain during the night. The storm last night was a electrical storm with only 1.2mm of rain during it. Right now the temperature is 60f, cloudy, and the pressure reading is 1004.8hpa.:cat-kittyandsmiley::coffee:

            Went outside to sit in our jungle room for an hour after lunch at 1.30pm ... just came in! :heehee: only 22c with a nice breeze off the orchard. Just going to have some chicken nuggets and chips and watch some tv. :whistle:

                    Yesterday was hot and sunny and this morning has started off the same. The forecast, for the whole week, says rain in the afternoons. I won't hold my breathe and the sprinkler is on the veggies.

                        A very quiet day weatherwise so far, the temperature is 63f, the skies are full of low, light grey, slow moving cloud, but it's dry and there's not a breath of a breeze. Right now the pressure reading is 1007hpa.:cat-kittyandsmiley::coffee:

                              Just had another Storm of Thunder and Lightning, although this one wasn't as good or dramatic as the last. But it dumped 15mm of rain in less than 10 minutes so it was quite torrential for a while. Right now the temperature is 60f and the pressure reading is 1006hpa.:cat-kittyandsmiley::coffee:

                                The six hours of promised rain turned into zero hours of rain! The afternoon became very hot and humid with the temperature rising to 86F/30C and was extremely uncomfortable.

                                There was heavy cloud all around us for about an hour with some light clouds drifting overhead but most of the time we were in full sun. At one time I thought we might actually get rain - but I blinked!

                                It was the most humid when we had just the very faint soft sunshine as in the picture above.
