We have hit 30c so a/c has gone on. Had a cursory look at the naked garden but as there is less shade now I am in for the afternoon.

Not a bad day, it hasn't rained, there wasn't a gale force wind, that's the plus side.

It was mostly cloudy with just a few sunny spells.

 

A dry day was expected so lots of sunshine even though the strong wind was still blowing. This afternoon I decided to mow the front lawns and three quarters through the heavens opened, typical! I decided to finish the lawns getting absolutely soaked in the process and of course the sun came out after. Sun and showers for the remainder of the day. 15C/59F

Fairly steady 30C by day and 11C at night for the foreseeable future (three days, I remember one of the more honest Met chaps admitting that). Not a glimmer of any wet stuff on the horizon. Watering like a folle
