WHATS YOUR WEATHER LIKE 2020

29c probably our last really warm day of the year.
I do remember a few high 20s can occur in October, but rare.
Thinking back I was sitting in this same chair in the garden almost 6 months ago, when lockdown started.
So for this part of the country it's been a pretty good summer.

 

Apart from August when we had 2 gales, torrential rain and it almost frosted on 2 nights.

 

Yeah must admit I didn't like the gale force winds, they were a bit much.
But we never got anywhere near frost levels here.

 

Funny how we forget the bad bits...
just as well though.....

 

But I can live in hope.

It is 23c now, only went to 25c I think, blue skies, sunshine and a light breeze. Going down to 19c tonight. Occasional rain and thunderstorms to the weekend ... but I don't know which radar Accuweather is looking at, certainly not their own!

 

After a misty start it was sunny and calm today until late afternoon when the clouds appeared. 20C/68F

Another warm sunny day up to 24°C.

 

Cloudy with the hint of a breeze at the moment....20C but I can see tiny patches of blue so the sun will be getting to work very soon.
Nice temperature now for getting things done that require effort and energy,

After a pleasantly "humid" morning of hazy sun the wind has now sprung up and lowered the feel of the day, the sun is a bit more brighter now though.

It is 24c, grey and slightly humid but I don't see any rain.

But the forecast says ...

And even better, we have a WARNING for rain tomorrow ...

What a surprise ... no rain here, just grey and 23c Now it says a thunderstorm later and from tomorrow morning through Friday evening.

I must say there are ominous clouds around Central Algarve (where I am) but we are in a pocket. We can be driving through rain but when we get to our lane (dirt) it is bone dry.
