Good morning

The weather has changed a bit now, the usual UK sudden change from baking sunshine to cold and damp, a maximum of 14c given today, there was gentle rain during the night but it seems to have gone now, such a change from just two days ago when I went for a drive to Slapton Sands, there were sailing boats on the horizon, people water skiing and even people swimming in the sea and sun bathing, I don't think there will be much of that going on for much longer.

 

The next hour 99% chance of light rain showers and a gentle breeze from the south south west temp 14c

 

Had a little rain overnight and wall to wall grey this morning. A light breeze from the SW and 18C on the patio,

It's raining still

 

It was slightly overcast this morning but it is now sunny with a light breeze and 24c.

Had some heavy downpours today but at least it's still warm rain.

 

Current forecast is light showers.

Currently it's continous torrential rain, ponding in the garden, road gullies are surcharging and the street is like a river.

 

It stopped raining by the time we had to take the boys out, that was 2pm.
Then sunny intervals with a gentle breeze from the west north west temp 12c.

 

Turned out to get 4mm of rain, most of that came early morning, just rain in the wind in very short showers after that.
