We had surprise rain in the night, much appreciated. Currently it is grey, 20c with a slight breeze. Forecast to be cloudy till late afternoon and 25c. It doesn't appear there will be any more rain, looks further North, but we wouldn't complain if it drifts South.

A beautifully Brrrisk and bright sunny morning this morning, temperature 10c rising to12-13c later on, brilliant sun shining through interesting fluffy clouds, another beautiful morning.

 

Had a few light showers earlier now sunny intervals and gentle breeze from the south south west temp 8c

 

We had a surprise shower about 11am ... it can surprise us as much as it likes. Sun peeking out now.

 

It's raining heavily now, just in time to walk the boys.

 

Had a very heavy hail storm about 12 which then turned into rain. Dry but grey now and 11C.

 

Had a drive down dungeness, then along to hasting, stopped off at winchelsea beach.
Roads very wet in some places dry in others, just got home and it pour hard.


But it was hammering down just round the corner in Hastings.

 

9 Deg C isn't cold for September.

This is cold for September, looks like a frost here on Saturday morning, will say goodbye to my Courgette plants tomorrow.
