-1c frosty, the mist is clearing slowly so hopefully a nice day ahead

Just had a shower, 12c going to 17c with more possible showers and the sun peeking through.

Nice day although not quite as sunny as I had expected, nevertheless the skies were blue and the sun did pop out from behind the clouds occasionally. Managed to finish off some jobs in the garden this afternoon.. But definitely getting nippy out there now. We are expecting a low of 1C tonght.

 

Not sure if this picture shows it , but we are definitely stuck under the edge of a weather front.
Its been like this all day, thick cloud, but blue sky out to the north.

 

Still glorious autumn days here. 16C but sunny during the day, so feels warmer. Min 10C at night. The driest autumn I can remember. Ideal for 8 hour days licking the garden into shape

 

A cool, dull, cloudy day but no wind max 9c.
