Many thanks Victoria.

A chum at work many years ago said to me " You're not the ugliest man I've ever seen but surely one of the ugliest two" sadly he passed away. On another occasion he said "You look like you've been through a famine" because I'm tall and still very slim; he was more rounded so I replied "You look as though you caused the famine". We had some good laughs together at work. If he were here now I can just imagine him telling me wearing the helmet is a vast improvement?

People are so serious these days which is a shame.

Hi,

The normal gusty winds and light (?) rain showers for today. I've just done the three supermarket shopping and at 5.5C it felt rather chilly but then I much prefer heat.

After a mug of tea we're off to The Range in Birstall where they have a decent craft section for Bron; The Range in Barnsley too have a nice craft section. The Range in Huddersfield is too near the town so we avoid it and avoid Huddersfield town center like the plague.
