Skiers are enjoying the snow on the Cumbrian fells, even the ski club opened the tow up so they could enjoy some unseasonal skiing.

It's the same here gks. We have snow back on the mountains but as yet none on the lower ground.

After a still night, the breeze has come up with the sun, 13c going to 26c.

There was a grass frost and cold when walking barley at 6am.

 

Nippy last night, but back to full sunshine now ,high of 13C with an overnight low of 6C.

Making the most of today as we have rain ( which we need ) and strong winds ( which we don't need) tomorrow.

 

That's the problem, you only have to miss covering up once and
it makes all the other times you did a waste of time.
