10c cloudy and still got cold air

 

On the cloudy side this morning, but all is still calm.
The winds are predicted to start at lunchtime today , it shows it starts around 40 mph at 1pm and it will remain battering us continually with speeds between 40- 50 mph until 6pm tomorrow. Our local forecast warns of some areas hitting 60 mph..

Oh our poor gardens.....I won't be able to bear looking out the window for the whole 17 hours !!! Think I'll keep the blinds down.

High of 13C and in compensation for the winds a mild overnight low of 10C.

 

A lovely calm and sunny morning with 15c. Only going to 25c today (closer to normal) then back to 29c tomorrow. A thunderstorm is forecast for Monday but don't know how the calculate that!

It was very windy yesterday and might get breezy today.

 

Looks like another 4 days of grim weather ahead with Atlantic lows rushing in from west.
Wind is getting up now, we are expecting a dry but cloudy day with the wind increasing all day.

14C 57f forecast, so still got some heating on, when will it end?????????

The air here is very still. It was cloudy earlier but is full sun now. The clouds refused to provide free watering for the gardens but have delivered high humidity to go along with the 90f my thermometer is screaming.

Tonight's low is to be 18f.

The guessers are saying that over the next few days we will drop to seasonal temperatures but they don't say from what year...

 

Do I dare say it is 24c here? ......

 

8pm. The rain has stopped, it's blowin' a hoolie and the fire's on.
Blue patches are appearing and it's lighter now than it has been all day.
