WHAT'S YOUR WEATHER LIKE - 2021

This morning had a slight frost but now gone. Now mostly cloudy with a bit of sun, with a gentle breeze from the south west temp 5c feels like 3c

 

Another mild day in the works. It is already 30f. Unfortunately it is cloudy again but since there is only a mild breeze, it wasn't unpleasant when I stepped out back (still in jammies) to measure the spot where I plan to relocate some of my solar panels. I want to catch more sun (we're up to about 9 1/2 hours of daylight) and I want every minute of it hitting the panels.

The guessers are saying that these mild days are numbered. Next week will be the normal January deep freeze.

 

@CanadianLori , just wondering, but do you ever get rain during the winter months, or is it always in the form of snow?

 

@pete, we've had rain a couple of days this past week. But not for a full day. There were sprinkles of light snow this morning and now the sun is out again. It is weird here as it has been above freezing during the day for the past week or so but there is still snow laying about here and there. I would have thought it would have melted by now. Plus the rain we did get didn't seem to knock it down.

and since the sun is out, I'm getting out back to check the angle. Yes, I could look it up online and do the calcs etc but it is so much easier to just walk out there!

It's been a grey day and quite cold, light rain now . A mild night though, and oddly the temperature is now on a steady rise ...now at 8C but should hit 10C by midnight then rise a tad higher to 11C where it stays until 8am tomorrow morning ...then begins to drop a bit.
Like most of the country we are in for a wet period too this week.

It is very grey and 10c going to 15c but rain not forecast till the forthcoming wee hours ... but I think beforehand.

 

Grey again with light drizzle but still very mild. 11C out there still and it remains with us until dipping to 10C tonight.

9C!! ....think I prefer the real temp!!! ...more spirit lifting!!!
