WHAT'S YOUR WEATHER LIKE - 2021

Thick cloud, light winds, drizzle showers now and again 10c

 

Thankfully that blob of rain depicted in my earlier post didn't materialise and we now have...sunshine!

 

Yes, it is Calvos on the top and Magic Sam below. Cal disappeared aged seven and Magic Sam went over the Rainbow aged 20. They loved sitting up there at sunset and I thought of that picture as we have had a few fires lit lately.

 

Aww, stunning shot though Vicky, love the way Magic Sam is peeping out as if he's been caught getting up to mischief...Calvos is saying ' nothing to do with me, I'm innocent!! '

It's cloudy and a bit damp here this morning ... Misty over the hills earlier but that has lifted now.

Not a bad day, the sun came out around mid morning and then we had sunny periods for most of the day.
Probably only around 12 c but felt warm enough to be working outside.

 

We think we've got problems with the weather. British Columbia is currently cut off from the rest of Canada, that's around 3 million people. A picture of my daughter's area of work below....



The wild fires destroyed many areas during the summer and with torrential rain for days there are now landslides - there is nothing to hold the ground back.

Here, it's been grey all day with some spots of rain. 7C/45F

 

I hope your daughter and family are all right @Sheal, that looks terrible .

 

Yes, thank you @Michael Hewett. My daughter had a scary drive home along that same road yesterday (middle of picture) before it was closed. It's usually about an hour's commute for her. Today she is working from another office but that area may be closed at some point too.
