Thank you for your kind responses for my daughter and the problems in British Columbia everyone. Although she has moved 'base' flooding is about to close that area too.

A day out of date now but some of you might like to see this report of what's happening in BC. Northern Washington State, USA - is also under water.

Glad your daughter is ok @Sheal , a terrible storm, I hate to see floods, the damage it causes to peoples lives and property breaks my heart

Can expect more extreme weather because of climate change and the people who are heads of government all over the world.

 

Not just heads of governments.....we're all in this together and are all to blame. We all wanted an easy life with all the convenience that entailed...and some still do!

We all have to put up our hands to acknowledge our own part in this awful situation @Logan and take responsibility for our actions.

Heavy drizzle again, think it’s in for the day, 12c feeling much milder than yesterday

 

It is 41f and raining. The temperature is dropping so I best get my visits to suppliers done this morning so as to avoid having to drive in the snow. I need to use three major highways which have heavy truck traffic to get to this particular supplier and it is about an hour and a half each way. It would be a lot longer is I wait until later. So, off I go!
