Bright, sunny, chilly start reaching 10°C later. Chilly easterly breeze though.

 

Love!y start again, it's not going to be as warm as yesterday but as we don't have the winds today it should feel very similar.. So long as we have sunshine !!

 

6c sunny had a light frost

 

It is grey/windy/gusty and 13c only going to 16c. It is forecast to rain all day starting at 9am, sometimes heavy..

 

Sunny and nippy earlier on at 3c.
Warming up fairly fast.

 

Not surprisingly, the rain has not arrived and the sun is breaking the clouds up ... but that gusty wind has got ridiculously strong coming from the ESE at 42 km/h gusting to 71 km/h, probably blowing the rain elsewhere ... grrrr!!!

 

It was very sunny but now it's sunny intervals and a gentle breeze from the east temp 10c feels like 8c.

 

I hope the minus 3 is wrong john.

 

Four hours late ... but the rain arrived 1-ish with full force and we've had a thunderstorm rolling around for the last half hour. Strangely it is not bothering Van and Munch, he's on the lounge chair in the bedroom in the window alcove and she is on the bed. Had to bring Eunice and Reginald Peacock in as they were flying around The Courtyard. Let it rain, let it rain, let it rain ...

 

Well, it has been all sunshine and 14c for the last hour. Rain supposed to come back ... but it wasn't supposed to leave. Shrubs and pots loved the downpour.

 

Hardly a cloud in the sky so sunny all day. 12C/54F
