4c misty but sun is coming out

 

Had several showers overnight. Currently it is 8c heading for 17c, grey and calm with an overcast day forecast and a couple of showers about, A hard, steady rain for a few hours would be preferable but beggars can't be choosers.

 

It is still overcast and breezy but only 14c but the sun made a brief appearance mid morning. We've had some light showers and it is drizzling now. I guess the constant drizzle is better than nothing and will soak in the ground. T'other Half went out earlier and said he went through some heavy rain in Alcantarilha about 15 minutes from us.

The day today started off clear & with lots of sunshine, albeit quite fresh. After lunch it began to get increasingly milky but still the sun manages to get through. We have had a very gentle breeze all day, around 4-5 mph. & the temps have now reached their maximum for today, about 17C!

Today it is overcast with the sun trying to break through. it is 8c going to 17c and quite windy coming from the NNE at 24 km/h gusting at 51 km/h. It is forecast to be breezy all day with perhaps some sun and showers.

 

Thick fog earlier but it cleared quickly, now sunny.
Went down to 3c overnight.
