WHAT'S YOUR WEATHER LIKE - 2022

A breeze came up so we sat outside for an hour and a half although we are 27c now. Just had a Ploughman's with Red Leicester for dinner.

 

We didn't get the 12 hours of rain forecast yesterday for today but we did get a little damping over a few hours! Although we had showers on & off during the morning since before 7am I never managed to see one!!!

Around 4pm we had the last shower of the day - this time I DID manage to see it & it was also , probably, the heaviest of the day but even so it didn't last even 10 mins!

After that last shower we had "sunny intervals" but now at 20 past 8 the sky is totally clear of any clouds! Max temp today no more than 18C but felt less than that when I had to pop out to the shops for some bread around 1pm.

 

The garden had a good soaking overnight but I doubt it was enough to get far below the soil surface. Mostly cloudy today with sunny spells. 12C/54F

11c sunny, had a nice bit of steady rain and butts are now full

 

The only petrichor we had here after our bit rain was from the nearby allotments....chickens and manure/ fertilizer!!

 

Wish we had some petrichor from the orange orchards.

The sun is breaking up some cloud, 18c going to 24c with light winds.

 

3 mm of rain late afternoon yesterday.
Sunny and nippy out there. 9c but it dropped to 7c overnight.

 

Sunny intervals and a gentle breeze from the west south west temp 13c feels like 12c
