    It's been looking like brightening up for it the last 3 hours but the gusty near gale force NE wind just won't let up and is dragging in every last bit of gloom it can find out in the North sea.
    It's dry but only 16c.
    I'm sure the sunset will be worth waiting for. :biggrin:

          Very windy early this morning and the sun got out of bed very late. By lunchtime the wind had dropped and it was sunny and very warm and we all had lunch in the garden. The wind is picking up again now and they forecast very heavy rain tonight. I'm quite happy with heavy rain at night as the ground is rock hard but it needs to go away by lunchtime as we have some special guests coming - and it's our village carnival. :fingers crossed:

                    We were suppose to have rain and thunder starting at around 1am last night and running into this morning.
