WHAT'S YOUR WEATHER LIKE - 2022

I noticed on the forecast that the whole of southern Europe seemed to be hotting up in the next few days.
Don't think we are likely to catch any of it but will probably get the thunderstorms that it creates.

 

Wish we could have a storm or two. We are now with blue skies, 26c with a strong, gusty breeze from the West.

 

I hope you are right shiney, I'll settle for that.

Pouring rain since first light but it has just stopped and the sun is breaking through. Unfortunately, there is a Yellow warning for thunderstorms this afternoon and evening however, according to the map we are on the top edge of it so we might be okay.

Yes, it is. We should be about 25c in June and we are 32c! We still have the gusty breeze which helps a bit. We always came on holiday here the last two weeks of June because it was pleasant but not too hot.

 

In the last few minutes we've had thunder, lightening, hail stones & very heavy rain in Ramsgate.

 

It has brightened up this afternoon and for an hour or so it was pretty warm. It's cloudier now but up till now we have missed the worst of the showers.

I think it might have just missed you,

 

We were looking forward to a day in town, not our very local one . And had planned to have a wander and maybe go to the gallery but....after attending our appointment we headed straight home as the heavens opened around late morning and some of the city streets became briefly flooded!
Back home we've had an afternoon mixture of very warm and sunny periods along with a few bouts of short,sharp showers. Housework it was then today, despite the changeable weather the laundry dried quickly .
