WHAT'S YOUR WEATHER LIKE - 2022

Heavy overnight rain. It is now a mixture of sunshine and overcast spells but still dry. Rather humid at 61%.

Many thanks wiseowl; I hope you're right but usually I need an oil can not sun tan lotion; I think there's something amiss with our weather forecasters; if they forecast rain like they've done for today so far it's dry but if they forecast sunshine then get the wellies out not that the wellies are never far away;



Yes wiseowl; July starts tomorrow and we're half way through the year; 19C & 17C aren't going to put me in A&E with sunstroke; all next week is forecast dry; I like a good joke?

With our rainfall each year though Yorkshire is absolutely gorgeous with it's greenery and I'm delighted to be a true Yorkshireman living here in such surroundings; bring on the rain it does more good than harm and it's a good talking point by everyone in Yorkshire.

It is now sunny and 68f 18c. The guessers say it will go up to 84f which is fine with me as I won't be working, I'll just be enjoying strolling with my friends.

Right old mixed bag of weather today, none of which have matched with any current forecasts !

 

Cloudy for most of the day and only around 18c.
The 4pm sunshine came along right on cue and its sunny now with scattered clouds.

It is 25c with a "refreshing breeze" as the forecast says ... but we did not get to the 29c as predicted.

 

Thanks Vicky..those clouds did bring us more rain for about 15 minutes, we're now back to blue skies and brilliant sunshine to end our day with.

The garden still needs it, it doesn't matter how much rain we get the ground still looks dry.

 

Yesterday I had to go for a dental appointment & as I left the house I felt a few drops of rain but though they would pass within a few minutes so I didn't bother going back inside & getting an umbrella. My mistake! It seemed the further I got from home the more it rained! Fortunately it was light & I didn't really get wet. It lasted maybe 10-15 mins & that was that for the rest of the day.

Today no rain just clouds most of the time Like yesterday we only had about 20C max. It seems tomorrow is forecast to be a similar sort of day.
