Just had a bit of a shower, but looks heavier out to the east.
Just enough to bring the slugs and snails out.

We apparently had a little rain during the night here as when I looked out of our bedroom window I noticed that the paths out the back looked damp, as if they were drying out but not yet dry. Then I noticed a few raindrops on one of the kitchen windows as well as looking as if the rain had entered the balcony.

We haven't had any more rain during the day & for the most part it has been cloudy but with a cool wind. In fact to go to church this morning I had to put on a light jumper! The first time this month I think!

Rain this morning on and off, rather annoyingly trying to cut some window boards outside taking the tools outside for it to come on raining to then bring them inside for it to stop raining until the tools go back outside :rolleyespink: . I did manage to cut my window boards eventually but it didn't go as well as I hoped but oh well .

Brightened up in the afternoon nice and pleasant around 18-19'C . Tomorrow looks promising but Tuesday :hate-shocked:

                        Hi,

I enjoy the same fun as you @Perki whilst trying to do jobs outside; the biggest wind up for me is to watch the sudden shower of rain pour down just as I put the last brushful of paint on; it never happens during undercoats but it's now normal when I'm top coating; you and I should live either side of @wiseowl and get sunburnt for a change rather than suffer from rust. It's nice up north though in spite of the dire climate.

Our forecast for today seen above; I've already visited two supermarkets this morning and it's a beautiful start to the day with plenty of sunshine but I wonder what's going to be between the sunny intervals; I don't trust our weather at all. :frown:

                        Kind regards, Colin.

Guess what? We actually had rain yesterday evening. :hapydancsmil: We were sitting outside having dinner with our friends when it started raining. We picked up our plates and moved from the centre of the patio just across to the covered pergola. We just got settled when the rain stopped and the sun came back out. Approx. 2 minutes of rain.

We are 28.4c and both Van and Munch have come in. I have put the a/c on in the lounge as it was 26c here and all five balls were down in the Gallileo thermometer. The a/c is set for 23c. The ceiling fan is always on, helpful too with 5 meter ceilings.
