        It is a very pleasant 77f 27c and the guessers say it will start raining in 20 minutes so now I'm not sure what those wet drops are that have been falling for the last 30 minutes...:rolleyespink:

          We had another 4mm in the end it looked like we were going to get a lot more.
          They said on the forecast tonight that somewhere in the country has had 140mm in the last 24 hrs.

            The temperature was at 5C/41F at 8am which suggests the early hours were close to a frost. Sunny until late morning and grey cloud cover since. 16C/61F

              We had a rumble or two of thunder yesterday here but not a drop of rain!!! No rain today either, just a lot of cloud all day long! The temps have bottomed out at just 19C today! To think a few days ago we were roasting in the the low 30s! Had to go out today with a light jacket on!!!

                  That must be why the water companies are discharging raw sewerage into the sea. Bathers are being warned not to enter the water at several beaches in the south. The sewers can't cope and not much of these downpours are being saved into reservoirs.

                  So 5% is s**** !
