WHAT'S YOUR WEATHER LIKE - 2022

Sunny all day but feeling cooler and still damp from the previous days rain. 15C/59F

 

We didn't get any thunderstorms here today but when I went to meet two of our gkids from school and bring them back home I got soaked while waiting for them at the school entrance. It began to rain heavily as the kids were coming out and in a couple of minutes the gkids were soaked as well!
As we made our way to the bus stop I became disoriented as I couldn't see where we were going because of the downpour. We ended up going the wrong way and had to turn back. For a moment the rain eased off a bit and we found the bus stop.

By the time it came along the rain was getting a bit lighter. By the time we got home it had stopped altogether!

For the first time in about six months it had to rain during daylight hours and l was out in it!

Fortunately it wasn't cold and I think we had about 20C. The morning had been fine though the wind was quite chilly. The sunshine was nice and warm.

It's damp outside, but I don't think we have had any more rain in the night.

Where is everyone today? We are up to 29c already with an occasional light breeze.

 

Gorgeous day, with none of the ' will it, won't it ' predicted rain. Currently 20C.

 

It is sunny, humid and 85f. There is a light breeze to keep things pleasant

 

Well it managed to stay dry,......until now.
It just had to rain again and now everywhere is soaked again.
It struggled up to 20c.

 

We went to 32c and are waiting with baited breath for our share of the rain. We are 30c now, it is calm and humidish and have come in for dinner, pizza, in the a/c.

 

We had quite a nice morning with as much sunshine as clouds. No heavy downpours like yesterday yet it did spit for about an hour without actually getting to rain. We were in town with our gkids entering & leaving shops so it didn't bother us much.

While we were having lunch in a coffee shop I was looking at the impressive clouds passing by but fortunately they didn't stick around for very long.

I don't think we exceeded 20C here today though out of the cool NW wind the sun was quite warm still.

Tomorrow it seems will be a fairly quiet day but Monday we are forecast some high temps for this time of the year as the remnants of an ex-hurricane with bring some warm, humid air up from the south-west which will push our temps up to around 24C on Monday. But it will be a 1 day wonder as Tuesday onwards temps are forecast to be back to normal for the last week or two of summer.
