ps...the thunder and lightning forecast yesterday never came.

 

We had that forecast for last night too Jenny and never got any either. Our rain did get torrential at one point and the noise it made was terrific!!

Hmmm, I see we've gone back to my lows are the UK highs. I prefer the temps here. The sun is breaking up all the morning cloud now and it is 20c.

 

You do get use to it Vicky..honestly.

We do moan I know but for me I do like a significant change in the seasons, that's what makes us have our beloved green and pleasant land. The couple of heatwaves that we had were enough in themselves to turn most places here to a brown and frazzled eyesore.....I would definitely miss our lovely greenery. Nope, must admit on the whole I say...no place like home.

 

18C with a ' feel like' temp of 19C currently out here and it's beautiful.
