Its reached 3c and the sun has gone down behind the houses opposite so that's likely to be the maximum today .
    Not a cloud all day.

Like @JennyJB , the frozen butts and even the snow is still in the garden. We had no more than 3c and it’s too cold to defrost something. The forecast of 6c and sunshine in the afternoon were a hoax.
Tomorrow the same weather as today. I doubt it will be warmer on Tuesday.

It hasn't been a bad day at all - sunny and quite spring-like actually

It was 8 degrees at 3pm! Didn’t feel as ‘warm’ as that though. Similar day tomorrow, then cloud and mist gathering for midweek.

Found my gloves so stayed out for a few hours. Moved our big pots of agapanthus into the Greenhouse pulled all the old leaves off, gathered another pile of leaves off the path scattered them over the garden where a few Cornus are glowing , lovely colours this time of year. Fingers crossed another few hours gardening tomorrow just checked it says sunny intervals and around 6c .

It’s still in thaw mode here so I’ve not been able to access the lawn or borders yet. I’ll need to remove a couple of fronds from my tree fern which were blackened by the all day frost yesterday. I usually cut them all off anyway in March to make way for the young brighter green fronds. Colour mismatches are not allowed .

Another frost overnight and a sunny start this morning which had disappeared by midday. The temperature climbed to 4C/39F so a slow thaw is underway.

6c today, unwrapped all the palms, pots still frozen though. Good to get the air flowing around their trunks again.

                  Been wrapped for too long.

Mild week ahead so the olived will be dragged outside again. Treeferns stay in the greenhouse though. Too bulky to move in then out etc etc.

My butt is frozen solid. One big lump of ice and I can't turn the tap on. It will take some days to fully thaw.

The plants in the GH were quite dry, possibly because I haven't been in there for about a week due to the weather.

                    2c tonight, which is great.

Maybe a bit of sun next week and a bit warmer. And it's getting noticeably lighter in the evening - light till 4.30.

                        Good morning all.
Looks like we have frost on cars. It says 1c currently and up to 5c. The sun could make it through the clouds now and then.
No rain, no snow to expect.

It dipped just below zero over night but it's plus 1c now.
Looks cloudy so I think a miserable day coming up.
