Whats Your Weather Like 2025

Overcast, a light breeze and 17.3c.

 

Had some rain this morning but the wind id picking up quite a bit now.
I can see some fairly heavy rain, moving this way from the west, on the radar.

Strangely enough its the warmest its been for days at 7c.

 

Wet day today, doesn't look good tomorrow either.
I've seen a few reports/video of a tornado in Cornwall this morning

 

Update- The rain has really set in now, wasn't supposed to arrive till much later. Dashed out earlier to put wheelie bins away, glad I did, as now I'd be soaked. As it's come early maybe it will blow through earlier, not holding my breath.

 

I’ve ordered some solar lighting. Is that being optimistic or delusional ?

 

It hasn't turned out a bad day, with variable amounts of clouds and sunshine, and it doesn't feel cold either and that's the best thing about it
And there's still some light in the sky at 5 pm these days - things are looking up !

It's currently cold, dry and still and 3c. But in the night it will rise to 9c with heavy rain and strong winds. Almost tropical. Hope the winds don't wake us up.

When we wake up tomorrow it will be back to normal and there will be sunshine. Doesn't look too bad a day.

 

Right now, it is minus 3 degrees C, however, it feels like a heat wave after the past week when our temperatures have been well below zero F.

 

Tried to put under shelter anything which might blow about tomorrow. Phew we are due 80mph winds pretty much all day tomorrow and into Saturday. Preying my greenhouse will withstand the onslaught and I don’t loose any more big trees. Have lost 4 in the last 3 years so had enough of wielding a chainsaw to last a lifetime. Hope all in the north of England, Northern Ireland and Scotland stay safe, it would appear we are in for one hell of a ride.

 

@Liriodendron - hope the predicted storm does not affect you adversely. Our news is saying the whole of Ireland is under a red weather warning. Keep safe.
