Whats Your Weather Like 2025

Sky is blue, ground is frosted everywhere and the birds are busy out the front. Looks like we are in for a pleasant day though it is 3C.

 

A bright and breezy morning, 3 degrees and luckily looks like no damage to report.

 

Bright blue sky and full sun all day expected. Chilly but should go up to 6c.

The birds seem happy and siskins are on the feeder.

Not so good tomorrow with more heavy rain. So it's best to get out and about today.

 

After a couple of over 100mph gusts recorded very close to where I live yesterday, today is a great improvement but…..funny how there is often a but, it is really cold and that wretched white stuff is falling. This could be me in a few hours time, hopefully not. Had planned to go and rescue all the rubbish that is scattered about the garden after the bins blew over. Might leave that for another day! Not a great winter so far, certainly the last one was way better.

 

Sunny and cold. Will be wrapping up warm to do a few outdoor jobs.

 

Bright again this morning, with a bit of breeze (not blustery like yesterday though). There's a nip in the air, so it's cooler than yesterday. We had a little bit of rain late yesterday/overnight, 1.5mm in the gauge this morning. Snowdrops are out, and one dwarf iris.

 

Beautiful sunny day and mild with no wind. Walked down to the supermarket this morning and was surprised at how wrapped up people were. I saw a young mother and child in hats and gloves, when they were only out of their car for a few minutes packing away their "click and collect".

 

Sunny with light winds from the south west temp 5c feels like 2c

 

It is still pretty mild. 14f -10c and we're going up a couple of more degrees today. We're told we'll get snow flurries sometime each day from now until Thursday. And the clouds look like the kind that will make them correct.

 

Had a wander round the garden can't see any damage, my big hedges are working well as wind breaks, a neighbours fence got beaten up. Apart from a few small branches off the Ash and Birch, all looks tidy..............................ish.

Full on sunshine until mid afternoon when some high cloud moved in.

The frosty lawn eventually cleared in the sun, but the temperature is dropping sharply again now the sun is going. Looks set to be a horrible day tomorrow with rain, wind and cold.
