Whats Your Weather Like April 2023

Pouring down and grey, not too breezy.

 

It's stopped raining now just heavy cloud and a moderate breeze from the south south west temp 11c feels like 9c

 

8c wet & windy, roll on Spring.
My local Wilko have loads of gardening items on display today.

It has stayed grey and overcast, 17c.

 

It was raining most of the morning today but finally stopped just after 12pm. No sign of the sun at all today & the hour or so left before it sets we are very unlikely to see it either. This evening rain is forecast to return about 7pm & last another 3 - 4 hours. Wind seems a little less than yesterday but as it is coming from a SW direction the rain enters further into our balcony than usual.

At 7.30 this morning just as the rain was getting underway I went out & moved all the pots on the balcony railings further inside so they wouldn't get more waterlogged than they already are & to give them a better chance of draining. I did the same with the troughs on the balcony railings as well as with the pots on the floor, which were up against the railings. They had only been out on the railing for a couple of days as I had had to do the same the week before! It's turning into a game of "musical pots"!

 

All day it's been rain showers and a moderate breeze temp 12c feels like 11c

 

Rain on and off all day with strong winds, should have been in Tenerife today but cancelled it a few days ago due to still having after effects from a norovirus bug two weeks ago.
